Walters Scarf

Walter's Scarf

MAIN SCARF: Aran Weight Wool

(be creative with colours and notice it doesn’t have to be symmetrical)

STRIPEY BITS: leftover yarns in approximately the same weight.

Needles: 6mm

Row 1: K2, P2 to end of row.

Row 2: P2, K2 to end of row.

Continue until scarf measures the desired length, play about, adding colour whenever you feel like it.

To add a new colour - start at the beginning of the row, leave a tail to darn in later. Cut the previous colour and leave a tail for darning there as well.

Walter is the person I phone up with tears in my voice when my computer isn’t doing what I think it should do. He admits he knows nothing about knitting, so I don’t feel so bad… .
